At the end of the day, I want to help prompt more people that come from different backgrounds to have the courage to break into the tech industry. The more people with a difference of opinion, the more we learn and grow into a better overall community. With different mindsets, we will be able to relate to more individuals than the current way that the industry stands with a majority of sales men coming from very similar backgrounds.
