UI/UX for Non-Designers & Vibe Coders: Fix Real Screens

UI/UX for Non-Designers & Vibe Coders: Fix Real Screens, AI can build the screen. You decide if it works. Fix real interfaces step by step, with the UX laws behind every fix.

Course Description

Most screens that are hard to use weren’t made by bad designers. They were made by developers, product managers and founders who never had time to learn design. This course gives you practical rules to spot what’s wrong with a screen and fix it, without becoming a designer and without Figma.

Building with AI? AI tools produce screens that look finished, and looking finished is not the same as working. This course shows you what to look for, why it matters, and what to ask your AI to change.

Every lesson takes one broken interface and fixes it live, one change at a time: a new invoice screen, a cluttered checkout, an orders page, an event page, a help article, a billing page, a post editor and a checkout form. You’ll stop for quick thinking challenges, spot the problems yourself before the reveal, and finish each lesson with a recap and an exercise for your own product.

You’ll learn how to give every screen one clear job, cut a page down to what helps the next decision, use colour that never relies on colour alone, decide where the eye goes first, set text people can read, write words that help, rank buttons so people trust them, and build forms people finish.

Three bonus lessons round it off: free design resources that make your work look professional, with the licence of each; how the same ideas work beyond screens, on slides, social posts, doors, signs and stoves; and an AI-built dashboard fixed with the UX laws behind every fix, from Fitts’s law to the peak-end rule, with a prompt you can give your own AI tool for each one.

Every rule comes from primary sources such as WCAG 2.2, Nielsen Norman Group and Baymard Institute research, and the course avoids popular design myths that don’t hold up.

The course is taught by Alisson Enz, founder of EnzRossi, which builds product and engineering teams in Latin America for US companies. It started as an internal guide for our own teams. The narration uses Alisson’s own cloned voice.

Who this course is for:

  • Developers who build interfaces without a designer on the team
  • Product managers and founders who make design decisions or give design feedback every day
  • Anyone who reviews screens and wants clear, practical reasons behind good design decisions
  • People building apps with AI tools (Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude Code) who want the result to be usable, not just good-looking
