Course Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
In a project or program manager interview, the hardest questions are rarely on a list of common questions. The hiring manager reads a line of your resume back to you and asks what you did yourself, what changed and how you know. Then they turn to the job posting and ask about the requirements your resume does not show.
This course prepares you for exactly those questions, using your own material. You build an interview question set from your own resume and a real job posting, answer the questions one at a time, check the structure of each answer, and fix what the check finds. You leave with a question set, several checked practice answers, an honest answer for each gap, and a one-page prep sheet for the night before.
How it works. The work happens in Claude with one connector, PM Career Desk, which you add in the course setup lecture. The tools this course uses are free and need no sign-in. They read your resume and the posting by fixed rules and return the lines a hiring manager is likely to press on, the requirements your resume covers in part or does not show, behavioral questions for your role, and a structure check of each practice answer: situation, your own action, result, and the figure or record behind it. The tools do not judge whether a story is true; you decide what to say. Every demo uses a made-up candidate and a made-up company; every practice step uses your own resume and posting.
Who it is for. Project managers, program managers, PMO leads, technical program managers, scrum masters, delivery managers, business analysts and product owners preparing for interviews in English.
What is in it: about 80 minutes of video in 6 short sections, a practice step at the end of every lecture, and English captions.
This is interview practice. It does not promise an interview, an offer or a job title.
Independence: This is an independent course. It is not created, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic PBC, and it is not affiliated with the Project Management Institute (PMI). “Claude” and “Anthropic” are trademarks of Anthropic PBC, referenced here only to describe course content.
About how this course was made: The narration of this course uses an AI voice model trained on the instructor’s own voice (an ElevenLabs Professional Voice Clone). Every lecture, including the welcome lecture, is narrated with this voice model. Claude helped draft scripts, slides and practice steps; all content was reviewed and edited before recording. Tool results shown on screen are signed “Reed (AI), PM Career Desk”: Reed is an AI, not a person.
This course contains a promotion. Every section uses the free PM Career Desk connector for Claude. PM Career Desk is a tool the instructor designed, sold by PME Consulting.
