Course Description
This is module one of what I hope to be an ongoing course on self-hypnosis. The course is still in the development stage. Looking for feedback from users of the course. The goal is to create simple, powerful techniques that you love and can use to improve your life.
Contrary to popular belief hypnosis is not a loss of control. Quite the opposite. Hypnosis gives you the ability to improve calmness, control and clarity of mind.
You can rapidly improve all aspects of your life. Some of the issues I have helped people overcome using hypnotic techniques and other methods:
Losing excess weight: Learning to enjoy eating healthily and enjoy exercising.
Quitting smoking: Breaking unwanted habits like smoking and snacking on junk food.
